* Pricing is per user, excludes GST and is based on a rolling 12 month term. Pricing is for the Managed IT Support plan only, Microsoft 365 plan additional. # On-site support is provided on a ratio of 1 hour per 5 users, per month, rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5 users. On-site visits are within a 25km radius of End 2 End's office location. Travel and parking expenses are on-charged to the customer.

User Off-boarding Archival of user mailbox & data, disabling accounts, secure erasing user devices.
Monitoring Continuous monitoring of network infrastructure.
On-Site Support (Premium) Our experts on-site at your office (see full terms).
Licensing Software licensing/subscription costs must be purchased/provided separately.
Vendor Support Agreements Where we determine an issue with hardware or software that we need the vendor to resolve, we expect customers to maintain support arrangements with each vendor. We can help manage this.
Hardware Any hardware must be purchased/provided separately and have a current warranty so we can sort any issues out quickly. We can help manage this.
Administrative Rights Where a user has administrative rights to a system (e.g. local admin/domain admin/global admin) and a support request arises as a result of an action not carried out by us (or approved by us), resolution of any issues is on a time & materials basis.
Project/Integration Work Adding new services/applications in your IT environment is handled on a project basis and quoted as required.
Line of Business Applications Applications such as custom accounting packages, CRM software, ERP software etc are not included (but can be, as an add-on).
On-Site Support (Standard) Our experts on-site at your office are only available with our Premium support plan.
Line of Business Application Support Have us provide first line support for applications like MYOB, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk apps, specialised plant automation software and more.
Standard SharePoint Migration For $3999 flat we'll migrate your on-premises file shares to the cloud (SharePoint) in up to 5 document libraries. You can pay this up front, or spread it over a year at $399/month. Conditions apply.
Standard User Data Only Migration For $129 per user we'll move your user data (desktop, documents) to the cloud (OneDrive). You can pay this up front, or spread it over a year at $12.90/month per user. Conditions apply.
Standard User Full Migration For $149 per user we'll move your mailbox and user data (desktop, documents) to the cloud (Exchange & OneDrive). You can pay this up front, or spread it over a year at $14.90/month per user. Conditions apply.
Windows Devices Your device needs to be licensed for Windows 7 or higher already and have a TPM 2.0 module. We'll upgrade you to Windows 10.
macOS Devices Your device needs to be able to run macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher.
iOS Devices Your device needs to support the most current iOS release at all times.
Network Devices Your network hardware needs to be fully managed (i.e. no unmanaged switches).
Cabling/Power Your office/environment is expected to be cabled with quality Cat5e/Cat6 or better cabling and a sufficient number of network and power outlets for your devices to connect to.
Peripherals Peripherals (e.g. printers) must be fully Windows 10/macOS (whichever you are using) compatible. If manual installation is required we reserve the right to charge separately.

Things to know

  • An onboarding fee of $199 per user applies (or pay it over 12 months at $19.90/month per user).
  • All prices exclude GST.
  • Pricing packages above assume your IT environment is (or will be) best practice with current versions of Windows 10 or macOS and Office 365. We also assume your business is (or will be) fully modernised and all your other applications are web-based. Examples of web-based apps include Xero, ActionStep and Salesforce.
  • If you're not able to fully modernise your IT environment yet, we can still support you. We'll take a look at what out of scope applications you have and how these can be brought into our scope.
  • We only sell Managed IT Support with Microsoft 365. Managed IT Support is provided by our friends at End 2 End so you're getting expert support from a well established team that has been in operation for over 13 years.
