Terms & Conditions

Definitions

"Referring customer" means an existing customer of Vorco.
"Referred customer" means a new customer referred to Vorco by a referring customer.
"Initial signup" means the referred customer signing a Vorco Master Services Agreement and one or more Services Schedules in the same day.
"Referred service" means a service that was contracted for the referred customer during the initial signup.

Terms

  1. Qualifying services for referral credits are Business Lite, Business Pro, Business Plus, Business Premier, Dedicated Internet Access, SkyPhone Standard, SkyPhone Premium and Calling for Teams.
  2. Referred customers must not have held an account with Vorco in the last 12 months.
  3. Referred customers cannot be associated or related entities of a referring customer.
  4. Each referred customer will have a referral credit equivalent to 1 month’s fixed recurring charges of what the referred customer signs up for, applied to their account, up to a limit of $1000.
    Example: Referred customer signs up for internet and calling services totalling $599 per month. The referred customer will get a $599 credit applied to their account after their first bill.
  5. Each referring customer will be given the choice of a referral credit applied to their account, or a Prezzy Card, equivalent to 1 month’s fixed recurring charges of what the referred customer signs up for, to a limit of $1000 for account credit, or to a limit of $250 for a Prezzy Card. This will be applied after the referred customer’s first bill generates for the services signed up for.
    Example: Referred customer signs up for internet and calling services totalling $599 per month. The referring customer will have the choice of a $599 referral credit applied to their account, or a Prezzy Card loaded with $250, after the referred customer’s first bill generates.
  6. For referring customers, the choice is account credit or a Prezzy Card, not a combination.
  7. For referring customers, if a Prezzy Card is chosen, it will be sent to the primary account holder. Referring customers should seek independent advice on any compliance or tax obligations.
  8. The referred customer must provide the referring customer’s unique code when signing up. A field will be provided on the services schedule for the code to be entered. If the referred customer forgets to provide the referring customer’s code when signing up, the referred customer has 2 business days from the time of signing their services schedule, to provide the referring customer’s unique code to Vorco. No other retrospective claims will be considered.
  9. If referring customers make referrals to Vorco staff, the referred customer must still provide the referring customer’s unique code when signing up. If the referred customer does not provide the referring customer’s unique code, no credits will be applied to either customer.
  10. Account credits can only be used to pay for Vorco services and cannot be converted to cash or refunded if an account is closed.
  11. Referral codes must be provided by the referring customer to the referred customer directly and cannot be provided to the referred customer by Vorco staff.
  12. If Vorco rejects a referred customer’s contract (e.g., due to unsatisfactory credit check), no credit will be given to either customer. Vorco will advise the referring customer that the referred customer has been refused, but for privacy reasons will not share further details.
  13. Credits will be processed within 31 days of the billing start date for each referred service. If the referred customer signs up for any services that include a trial or early exit period, credits will be processed within 31 days of the referred customer’s first billing cycle after any trial or early exit period lapses.
  14. Both customer accounts must be in good standing at the time any credits are processed. Good standing means the account does not have overdue balances and is not suspended.
  15. There is no limit to how many referrals a referring customer can make.
  16. Vorco may alter, suspend, or withdraw the referral program at any time. If Vorco alters, suspends, or withdraws the referral program, referral credits will be honoured for any signups where the new customer has already provided the referring customer’s unique code.
  17. Referral credits are available for services where the referred customer is signing for at least a 12-month term.
  18. Referral credits are only available for services signed for during the initial signup. Services contracted or renewed after the initial signup date will not result in additional referral credits to any party.
